Self Reflection from Ebit Lew's Beautiful Words

After reading these tweets on Twitter, I decided to read more about Ebit Lew. I know his name was famous ever since the Movement Control Order (MCO), when he directly go from one hospital to another to support the preparation for Covid Screening. There were lots of posts flowing on my Facebook timeline at that time, which amazed me a lot. He spent huge amount of money to help those in need.
But, I don't really understand the current issue when he decided to take a break till MCO to be lifted later.
Otherwise, he is an impressive Muslim, who makes me reflect how much have I done for the community. I pray hard that Allah blessed me with my job's contributions as I am not that active in social contribution like him. -_-'

Kita kongsi untuk semua ambil manfaat ??
Here, he mentioned a lot about prayers. Yeah, solat tiang agama kan? Simple but most of us take it for granted T_T. I realised as Muslims, we tend to get farther from Allah, especially when we are blessed with ease, happiness, success at that time. But we forget that all those rizq are from Him.
Every speech of him are very eye and heart opening. Sometimes, we tend to search for others' mistakes forgetting that we are human too, so we also make mistakes. Here, we need to practice to see good in others.
Hidup kerana Allah, do things for the sake of Allah.
I need to always renew my intention every time I treat patient with this mindset. For Allah, for Allah, for Allah.
May Allah bless him and us :)

Dan boleh katakan semua orang suka makan. Lagi-lagi kalau dapat makan banyak-banyak tapi tak naik berat badan. One of the best feeling ever! ^_^

Siapa kat sini pernah rasa bersalah setiap kali buang makanan yang tak habis dalam tong sampah?
Saya! Dan korang pun kan?
Alaa, ada sekelumit pun, kira la jugak tu. :) Naluri kita asalnya suka benda yang baik. Jadinya, bila kena membazir makanan yang boleh dimakan macam ni, rasa tak seronok.
"Patut jangan beli makanan banyak-banyak tadi."
"Alamak, makan sikit pun dah kenyang. Camne ni?"

Pembaziran makanan banyak jadi dalam bulan puasa. Hmm, untuk kes sayalah. Perasaan nak makan macam-macam tu, memang rambang mata kalau dapat ke bazaar Ramadhan. Semua makanan nak beli, semua makanan nak rasa. Ibarat takde hari esok.
Dan di penghujung hari, ke tong sampah akhirnya. Peti ais pun dah penuh dengan makanan yang tak habis hari-hari sebelum ni. :p
Sebutir beras ibarat setitik peluh petani.

Fikir-fikirkan lah macam mana makanan tu diproses atau dimasak sebelum kita buang. Elakkan membeli atau memasak ikut nafsu, elak pembaziran wang juga :)
Saya ni 'tong sampah'.
Ni quote untuk diri sendiri yang saya cuba sedaya upaya nak hapuskan. Saya memang tak boleh tengok makanan tak habis dan end up dalam tong sampah. Lagi-lagi kalau saya yang kena buang makanan tu. Orang yang biasa basuh pinggan ataupun kemas meja lepas makan ramai-ramai mesti faham macam mana perasaan nak kosongkan pinggan sebelum sabun dan bilas kan?
Pinggan saya biasanya memang akan 'clean' (kecuali tulang, kulit etc T_T). Kalau makan ramai-ramai dalam dulang, memang paling bahaya laaaa kalau dulang-mates tak makan banyak. T_T
Tips;-
1. Rancang makanan sebelum masak - berapa kali nak makan, berapa orang nak makan.
2. Kalau makan kat kedai, fikir dulu, nak pilih makanan sebab nafsu ke memang lapar. Habiskan.
3. Kalau portion makanan tu besar, kongsi dengan kawan ataupun makanan yang bungkus tu bawak balik untuk makanan seterusnya.

4 Things We Can't Recover in Life

Hi guys, assalamualaikum :)
I just did my final exam yesterday and now am having 'holidays' for 4 days before starting new semester! Wohoo, alhamdulillah, all went well and I'm looking forward to do my blogwalking! It's been a while, and I really appreciate all the comments and will try my best to visit your blogs :)

So, what to do with this 4 days?
I need to proceed with my [Roadtrip] Where East Meets West' posts. Hihi. I must finish it before the real feeling go away.
But, first let me
Before that, I need to claim that the pictures and story are not mine. :) I took them from HERE and they are actually in slideshow. I tried to use embedded code but it turns out to be small for my blog.
What do you feel? At first, I tried to put myself in the lady's shoes. Maybe I don't really get angry if someone beside me take my food, as sometimes I do offer food to strangers while waiting for public transportation. While, for that man, I was amazed as he keep calm till the end.
Let's get back to the title of the post. 4 things we can't recover in life. What do you think?

Okay, here we go. ^_^
At first, I don't get it; the relation between stone and the stories. But, soon I understand that throwing stone is actually what we do. The stone.... after the throw, is something we did and we can't take it back. Just imagine, you play pranks to someone who doesn't like pranks - and turn out he/she really hate it. And he/she can hate you too T_T
This is the most common thing that happen in our life. Saying something then you regret saying it. That's the reason I guess why people keep saying, "think twice before you said/act". Words can be good but at the same time can be painful to others.
For example, school/college bully on someone who doesn't have pretty face or fat guy/girl. (I saw this on movies actually, haven't experienced in real life). Sometimes, the harsh words can cause them to attempt suicide! or if less than that, it will be a torture to his/her psychology.
Ahaa, doing something on the RIGHT time, at the RIGHT place with the RIGHT surrounding - this is what we in life I guess? It can be anything; planning to do any ceremony, doing something for someone.
What I can reflect from the story; is about the moment we did something wrong to someone, but we have no more chance to ask forgiveness. Huhu. Like people said, doing something bad to Allah, insyAllah we can repent but if to people, we need to find them and ask forgiveness. T_T
Forgive people every day. so, we don't need to carry the burden of hating anyone. :)
This is very general and I can say we can apply to anything we do, even while reading this post, perhaps? Time is a valuable thing and obviously, we can't turn back to even 1 millisecond of our life.
Cherish it and use it wisely.

Hihi, actually I was wondering if you find it difficult to read the contents of this blog as they are in English? Actually, I do have few reasons to make it an English-medium blog. I gave a deep thought about trying to make my blog like this. But.... hmm leave some ideas about this yea; like do you really prefer Malay / English contents. :)

Have faith in God is about how we feel :)
How we feel we belong to Him.
How we feel we need Him.
How we feel we can depend fully on Him.
And also, the place we ask to get something in life.
Even though maybe He didn't give us something the way we want or maybe we just will not get everything we want. But, by having a faith on Him, we will know and understand He has a better plan for us. In which, we can't see it/feel it at the mean time. But soon, we will realize it and thank Him for giving us the way we got before.

There was something playing in my head while I was thinking about my life. And really, I thank Allah for guiding me the other way around; on a path that costs me a lot of money and took most of my time. But, Alhamdulillah, I am on my way to be a better me. Ameen.

[Something to Ponder] How Do Trees Survive Winter?

If we have the opportunity to observe the Earth in different seasons, the first thing we should say... Alhamdulillah. SubhanAllah, we need to assure ourselves that everything happened in this world is under a control. Of whom? Allah, the God. :)
He controls every activities of nature. I guess, most of us love to spend time with nature, right? Get surrounded by all trees, being alone or accompanied by friends in the middle of the forest, watch the sunset, waiting for sunrise, perform prayers in the jungle, explore the rivers and seas, enjoying the beautiful shape of clouds and their flow. :)
Beauty.
Self-relaxation.
Peace.
That's what we will feel right?
Filling the desire to get away from the hectic life in the city, dirty air full of development and industry. Get rid of that.
Happiness.
Well, Allah gives us the nature to treasure and learn through it.
So, let us learn something and be grateful of it. :)

I don't know why, I reflected myself by this video on what happened around us recently. Most incidents happened in our country, I keep track although only by social networks.
I just want to conclude that, if trees have be given guidelines and ability in its own way on how to survive in winter, so do us, the humans. We have the guidelines to live and survive in this world. Al-Quran & sunnah. :) And even, Allah lends us, humans to have ability to think before making decision. Why not we use it wisely and reminds ourselves on what is good and what is not?
And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason?

I know and I admit, we tend to do something beyond our control. It will be like, " Ouch, what have I done? I don't want to do it at the first place. It was out of control."
It is normal, I guess? But, Allah gives us friends and family to remind each others. That's one of the reasons why we have them in our life. Right? :)
Please, don't get angry if we are reminded on something bad we did. Humans do sins, and Allah is always with us to listen to our stories (He always know it, just want us to share it with Him) He is here to receive our repentance too. :)
